Account deletion - Rize

This page explains how to request deletion of your Rize account and associated data.

To speed up the process, you can start the request directly by email:

2. Email subject: Delete Rize account
3. Include the email address used to register in Rize.
4. You will receive confirmation of receipt and request status.

2. Data that will be deleted

• User account and associated profile (display name, preferences, optional profile data).
• Training records, goals, routines, and activity logs associated with the account.
• Session tokens and operational account-related data.

3. Data that may be temporarily retained

• Minimum technical logs for security and fraud prevention.
• Evidence required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.

Additional retention period: up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

4. Partial data deletion (without deleting the account)

Yes, users may request deletion or correction of specific data by contacting the same email and indicating what should be removed.
