Account deletion - Matchpoint

This page explains how to request deletion of your Matchpoint account and associated data.
To speed up the process, you can start the request directly by email:
1. How to request account deletion
- Send an email to: hola@miralab.ar
- Email subject: Delete Matchpoint account
- Include the email address used to register in Matchpoint.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt and request status.
2. Data that will be deleted
- User account and associated profile (display name, preferences, and optional profile data).
- Participation links in tournaments and teams created by that account, when applicable.
- Session tokens and operational data associated with the account.
3. Data that may be temporarily retained
- Minimum technical logs for security and fraud prevention.
- Evidence required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Additional retention period: up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
4. Partial data deletion (without deleting the account)
Yes, you may request partial deletion of specific data by emailing the same address and clearly indicating what information you want deleted or corrected.
